用佢哋嘅美學角度去設計成個tea set

Rose scone, strawberry and rose jam, clotted cream and strawberry smoke
Pimm’s jelly, peach, strawberry and borage flowers
Smoking salmon and rye bread, juniper pickled cucumber and salmon caviar
Cream cheese and dill panna cotta, lemon purée, cucumber powder
Choux cup, bergamot cream, mango and coriander

成個Menu入面只有一樣鹹點
其餘嘅都係甜品
不過佢哋嘅甜品都非常特別
係裝飾上用上好多食得嘅花材
每日見到裝飾到好似藝術品一樣
而甜點亦都加入好多唔同fusion 元素
例如係Panna cotta 加入cream cheese
以及係三文魚三文治加入煙薰效果
個人最鍾意嘅係
拿破崙配以焦糖布甸配搭
口感配合得好亦都能夠突出焦糖布甸的味道
